In the 10-week lead-up, I refine timelines, confirm with your suppliers and oversee the final logistics to ensure every moving part is aligned. On the day itself, I manage the schedule, coordinate vendors, oversee set-up, and handle any unforeseen details with calm precision.
From the first arrival to the final farewell, I am there behind the scenes - so you can experience your celebration exactly as it was intended: effortless, joyful, and uninterrupted.

This service is where your vision begins to take shape - thoughtfully curated, refined and entirely reflective of your story.
For couples seeking a clear, cohesive visual direction without over complication.
This service starts with a focus on colour, texture and the detail and can range from initial concept development to detailed visual direction, where I create a cohesive design narrative that guides every aesthetic decision.
This includes colour palettes, linens, florals, stationery, draping, spatial layout and overall atmosphere.
From simplistic to elaborate I work closely with selected creatives in the industry to ensure each element feels intentional and beautifully aligned regardless of budget.
The result is always a celebration that feels considered, balanced with understated ease and totally you.
From $2500, tailored based on the scope of your day and may include:
- Creation of personalised concept and extensive design brief
- Procurement of styling vendors such as floristry, stationary, linen, hire etc
- Management of styling vendors & styling logistics
- On the day set up & pack down
I work with couples planning weddings beyond Melbourne, bringing structure, clarity and trusted coordination to celebrations held further away from home.
With experience collaborating across locations, languages and teams, my approach ensures distance never compromises the planning experience.
This end to end service can cover budget management, venue scouting and supplier curation to design direction, logistics management and seamless on the day coordination, allowing the experience to feel cohesive and calmly managed from beginning to end.
